Chef Yotam Ottolenghi calls for two metre rule to be cut

Chef Yotam Ottolenghi says restaurants need clarity on when they can reopen and cutting the two metre rule is “really vital”.

Restaurants won’t be “making money with a one metre rule but at least we’re going to survive”, he told Sophy Ridge.

But he warned: “We don’t know what we’re preparing for so I’m extremely worried, it’s not going to be easy.”
